Sound familiar? I know I fought organization and workflows because of the mindset that it would restrict my creativity, but let’s take a moment to hit this nail right on the head. Workflows and strategic systems save you time and energy, so you’re able to do what you love and spend time in your creative genius zone.

Productivity Tips
Write your goals down where you can actually see them. For Laura, this means her bathroom mirror.
You could also place them on a whiteboard, office, on the door, and so on. Heck, post them in every room.
Pro Tip: Know your energy levels throughout the day. Plan your most intensive work during your peak energy (focus) hours.
Laura’s peak hours are in the morning, so she focuses on her content creation during this time and moves her managing hours in the afternoon because they take less of that focus power.
Start the day with something that’s going to push the needle forward on one of your goals. That’s when your business is really going to grow.
