My Story
When you get to the biography of any professional or even meet someone in the store you have an impromptu connection with, the leading information shared is name + number of kids + occupation.
It’s a momma’s right, and a dad’s, to share a glimpse of the joy and pride they have in their kids. We think about them constantly and our children are a huge part of our mission in working hard.
After losing a child, it doesn’t mean I don’t want to brag about him just as much as my other children or want to say, Yeah I have three wild boys and I’m a work from home mom… one of them just happens to be in heaven instead my arms. It’s not an easy conversation for me to have, but it’s my story. It’s our story as family.
So, here I briefly share the story of James and his short life here on earth with us.
He’s forever loved and always remembered.
Each of my boys are the loves of my life and drive me to be a better person.
On Growing your Business
Create a strategy and follow through
If you’re anything like me, the second I sit down to work without a strategy, plan or list… within twenty minutes I have about fifteen tabs open and I’m multi-tasking like an ADD five year old who drank a Starbucks coffee drink from the fridge.
It takes a bit of determination and planning for me to stay on track and get things done efficiently.

Pro Tip: Create a post-it with four quadrants. Quadrant 1 is a home-run for your business (a really networking/moneymaking move); Quadrant 2 is strategic initiatives that drive your business forward and lead to home runs; Quadrant 3 is housekeeping projects (which typically can be outsourced); and then Quandrant 4 is stuff you should not be doing. Post this on your computer screen and use it to help you stay focused!
